This site is operated by Julia-Eve Chew Perez, a sole trader trading as “Room 11” / “ROOM 11” (“we”, “us”). When you use this site or buy a product from it, you are contracting with Julia-Eve Chew Perez, trading as Room 11. You can reach us at hello@room11.app.

By using room11.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you are buying on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

We sell paid products, including the Room 11 Operating System course. Prices are shown in US dollars on the relevant page and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe acts as Merchant of Record for your transaction, Stripe provides transaction-level customer service inquiries and handles returns; your bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside our name.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's checkout terms. Our own refund terms — including a 30-day money-back guarantee — are set out in our Refund Policy.

Purchasing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, share or redistribute access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or a purchased product in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where we terminate without cause, you may request a pro-rata refund of amounts paid for access you have not received.

All writing, images, audio, video, design and branding on this site — including the name ROOM 11 and our logo — belong to ROOM 11 and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may:

• Read, save and print pages for your own personal use.
• Quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back to the original page.
• Share links to our pages anywhere you like.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Republish full articles or substantial extracts anywhere, in any format.
• Use our content or brand for commercial purposes, courses or paid products.
• Use our content to train machine-learning or AI models.
• Remove or alter credits, or present our work as your own.

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site. If you submit anything to us — an email address, a message, or later on comments or community posts — you confirm it's yours to submit and is not unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may remove content or revoke access at our discretion.

The site is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROOM 11 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Where we link to other sites or platforms, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
